What are Team- Building Activities?

After deciding what they would most like to bring to the meeting, have each employee approach a different colleague and briefly explain their response. 3. Would You Rather?
Start by formulating a series of arbitrary “Would you rather?” inquiries, such as “Would you rather watch a football game or an opera?” or “Are you more interested in cereal or pancakes for breakfast?” Using a piece of tape to divide the room in half, put each possible answer on a notecard and arrange them on opposing sides of the tape. Each employee will leap to the side that matches their response when you ask the question.
For as long as you want the game to last, you can keep doing this with different questions. Teams can establish friendships based on shared interests and discover commonalities by getting to know each other’s responses.
4. Two Truths and a Lie.
Organize your team into a circle and assign each member to share three “facts” about themselves. Nonetheless, one of the facts has to be false. For example, someone might say, “I play drums in a jazz band,” “I went to space camp in middle school,” and “I am right-handed.” The next task for their colleagues would be to determine which item is false. By highlighting shared interests or character attributes, this game can foster interpersonal relationships.
5. Penny for Your Thoughts.
Your team members will find a new and interesting approach to get to know each other better with this sharing game. For every team member, all you need is a cent that is no older than fifteen years.
