COMPROMISE
It is the key to any good relationship. We all are not perfect and we have to understand that reality. We cannot put big pressure in our colleague for their best performance but we can expect them to have their best performance and communicate with them clearly. Everyone cannot go with same pace so we need to understand people’s limit and encourage them to make it more effective.
COMMITMENT
All team members must commit with their common goal. Everyone needs to understand his or her role and value of their desire objective and commit to it. Lack of commitment only leads on the pathway to failure. A leader must committed to raise their team in different level and create more future leaders. Team need to know that the work that they are doing is important and valued in the organization. And every commitment must be 100%.
